Kirsten meets Gym




So today has started out as a great Thursday! I have been religiously going to the gym and eating healthy for 3 weeks...RVL Protein shakes for breakfast and lunch and 2 snacks in between which usually consist of a fruit and a protein, for dinner I eat lean meat and veggies. Today was the day I had set the day to weigh-in and measurements....The scale hadn't  shifted a ton but at a healthy pace as my trainer would say. I'm down 5.7 pounds! and...I've lost 9.5 inches total off of my body! I can't really see a huge difference in myself physically yet....However I am in need of some smaller jeans!!! YAY
I'm on my way to create a happier, healthier life for myself!
