on to the living room

Lucky you! I have decided to share with you a sneak peek at the living room that's in the works! Patrick (my husband) and I have been on the search for the perfect sofa and after sitting on every sofa in town and doing mass amounts of research we have decided to invest in the leather sofa we have LOVED since we were dating in high school! I want you to walk into our house and feel loved and comfortable! I hated growing up in a house where we had the furniture we only used during the Holidays! Heck no not for this girl! Function please!

And of course my home will not be complete without a chalkboard wall! I adore leaving messages and jotting down creative ideas!
